Working beyond those first eight hours? You’ll receive even more. On top of the 200%, you’ll earn an additional 30% on your hourly rate for each extra hour worked. That’s right, it’s your basic hourly rate multiplied by 200%, and then further multiplied by 130% for every hour you put in.
3. Rest Day Coincidence:
If Eid’l Adha falls on your rest day and you work, don’t worry! You’ll still get that generous 200% base pay, plus an extra 30% on top of it.
4. Pay if You Don’t Work:
Not planning to work on this day? You’re still entitled to 100% of your wage, as long as you reported for work or were on a paid leave the day before the holiday.
5. Non-Working Days and Holidays:
In cases where the day before this holiday is a non-working day for your establishment or your regular rest day, you still have the right to that holiday pay provided you reported for work on the working day before it.
