During the World Governments Summit 2025, Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, UAE’s Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, shared that the country is looking for top talents to help drive innovation and support its development goals.
This means that more high-paying jobs in different industries could soon be available for Filipinos who want to work in the UAE! 💼✨
DMW & UAE Renew Labor Agreement
To make this happen, the DMW and UAE renewed their labor agreement in 2024. This strengthens the partnership between the two countries, making it easier for Filipinos to get better job opportunities abroad.
DMW’s Commitment to OFWs
The DMW promised that they will make sure Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) are:

✅ Protected while working abroad
