Filipina actress and content creator Kristel Fulgar is now a happily married woman! And guess what? She and her South Korean husband, Suhyuk Ha, just flew to Italy for their super sweet honeymoon!

Kristel shared some beautiful photos from their trip on Instagram, and they look like they’re having the time of their lives! In one picture, the couple is riding a gondola—that’s a small boat you ride on a water street called a canal—in Venice. It’s one of the most romantic cities in the world!
They also enjoyed some gelato (that’s Italian ice cream 🍦) and a yummy salad while exploring the city.
Kristel wrote in her post:
“Ten years ago, I promised myself I’d only return to this romantic place with my future husband. And now, I’m back, Venezia.”
(Venezia is the Italian name for Venice!)
A Love Story from the Philippines to Korea 🇵🇭💌🇰🇷
Kristel and Suhyuk got married in a church in South Korea just last week! It was a beautiful wedding where they said “I do” in front of their family and friends.
They first told the world about their engagement in February this year. Not long after that, Suhyuk flew to the Philippines for the first time in March to visit Kristel.
But their love story didn’t start overnight! In a video blog (vlog) posted in November 2024, Kristel shared something very special:
Suhyuk converted to her religion, Iglesia ni Cristo, before they officially became a couple. He spent almost 11 months learning and preparing for this change, showing just how serious and respectful he is about her beliefs. 🕊️

Now that they’re married, Kristel and Suhyuk are starting this new chapter of their lives with a romantic honeymoon in Italy, and fans are so happy for them!
