3,000 Jobs Up for Grabs in Czech Republic—Apply Now!

Great news for Filipinos who want to work abroad! The Czech Republic, a country in Europe, is now offering nearly 3,000 job opportunities in different kinds of work. This was reported by Mariz Umali on the TV news program “Saksi.”

What Jobs Are Available?

There are lots of job openings in many types of work. If you have at least 1 year of experience in any of these areas, you might have a better chance of getting hired:

  • 🍔 Food Manufacturing (like making or packing food)

  • 🚛 Transportation (like driving trucks or helping people move things)

  • 🧱 Construction (building houses, roads, or buildings)

  • 📦 Logistics (helping deliver or manage supplies and goods)

  • 🏨 Hospitality (working in hotels, restaurants, etc.)

  • 🧹 Support Services (helping in cleaning, maintenance, or office work)

Why Do They Want Filipino Workers?

According to Karl Hejc, the Czech ambassador to the Philippines, Filipinos are:

  • 🗣️ Good at speaking English – so there’s no communication problem

  • 💡 Quick learners – they can learn new skills fast

  • 💪 Hardworking and skilled – they do their jobs really well

That’s why Czech companies are excited to hire more Filipinos. In fact, they want to fill about 10,000 positions every year!

How Much Is the Salary?

The minimum salary depends on the job, but it can go as high as €6,000 (about ₱100,000 a month). And that doesn’t even include bonuses! That’s a lot of money to help support families back home. 💸

How to Apply and How Long It Takes

You can apply through licensed recruitment agencies in the Philippines. But once you get accepted, you need to be a little patient—it could take up to 6 months to finish all the paperwork before you can fly to the Czech Republic.

Good news, though! The Czech ambassador said they’re working hard to make the process faster and easier.

No More Long Lines—You Can Apply Online! 🖥️

According to Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac, you can now submit your documents online to make things quicker. They’re also trying to combine the OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) and e-Travel system to make applying simpler.

And the best part? No placement fees! That means you don’t have to pay to apply for these jobs.
