The Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt recently shared this bittersweet update, confirming that at least 28 Filipinos have made it to Milan or are on their way there.

On Tuesday, the PCG Frankfurt announced that seven of the affected individuals had been cleared for travel. With the help of OWWA, they returned to Milan, accompanied by a representative from the Milan Working Office. Their safe return is a small victory amid the tragedy.

He emphasized the need for a thorough investigation, particularly in light of potential legal proceedings.
