Filipina Dies in California After Stolen SUV Hits Her Car

A heartbreaking accident took place over the weekend in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, California. Christina David, a 46-year-old Filipina, tragically lost her life when her car was struck by a stolen SUV.

The suspect, a 40-year-old man, was driving a stolen Mercedes SUV and trying to escape from the police. While speeding away, he ran into a white Tesla driven by Christina. The crash was so powerful that it ripped off the Tesla’s roof.

The crash didn’t stop there. Christina’s car was pushed into two other vehicles, injuring the people inside. Sadly, Christina suffered severe injuries from the crash and died on the spot. The Los Angeles Medical Examiner said the cause of her death was blunt trauma.

Police were chasing the suspect at the time and arrested him right after the crash. Surprisingly, he only had minor injuries. The man, whose name hasn’t been shared yet, will now face serious charges, including vehicular homicide.

Christina was more than just a hardworking professional in commercial mortgages. She was a loving wife and a devoted mom to two kids. Her family and friends are now mourning this terrible loss.
