Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo: Kapuso actor speaks up on real score between them
Alden Richards has finally addressed the internet’s kilig reaction to a video of him and Kathryn Bernardo taken during the actress’ birthday celebration.
In Nelson Canlas’ report on “24 Oras,” Wednesday, the Kapuso actor recalled that he had fun during the party.
“I was invited and siyempre, it was part of her post-birthday celebration with friends and family. Masaya naman. Masaya naman ‘yung naging experience and you can see how happy Kath is right now,” he said.
As for the real score between him and Kathryn, Alden said what you see is what you get. He said they remained friends over the years after they filmed “Hello, Love, Goodbye.”
On being shipped by fans online, Alden said, “Hindi lang din talaga kailangan lagi ipamalita sa social media ‘yung mga ganiyan. You know, sometimes ‘yung mga personal things that’s happening, better be personal na lang.”
Alden is now working on the upcoming series, “Pulang Araw,” where he gets to work with Dennis Trillo for the first time.
“Kaya siya Dennis Trillo, ‘yun yon. Nakita ko ‘yun kahapon. Kasi ang hirap din ng role niya. Mahusay din talaga. Idol din talaga si Kuya Dennis.”
“Pulang Araw” is dubbed the biggest historical action-drama series of 2024.
It will also star Barbie Forteza, Sanya Lopez, and David Licauco.
