153 pass optometrists licensure exam; 1 passes ocular pharmacology special test
A graduate from a foreign university achieved the highest score in the optometrists licensure examination held earlier this month, while one person passed a special certification examination for ocular pharmacology for optometrists.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission, 153 out of 226 test takers passed the optometrists exam, given by the Board of Optometry in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao and Rosales earlier this month.
Solana Libertad Co Cua got the highest score with a 90.51% rating, while the top performing school with 25 or more test takers is Southwestern University with a passing rate of 88.89%.

The Board also administered a Special Certification Examination (Computer-Based) in Ocular Pharmacology for Optometrists to two test takers, one of whom—Ariel Magadia De Roxas—passed. — BM, GMA Integrated News
