Actor Derek Ramsay has put an end to the swirling rumors about his marriage with Ellen Adarna.
In a post on Instagram Stories, Derek directly addressed claims that he and Ellen had already separated—rumors sparked by a post from content creator Xian Gaza.
“There’s this issue with Mr. Xian Gaza. I’ll just keep it very simple. There’s no truth to anything that was said. That’s it,” Derek firmly said.
This wasn’t the first time the actor had to defend his family from false stories. Just last August, Derek called out fake news online about his wife and their daughter, Liana.
“Stop spreading lies about my family! Liana is my daughter, and Ellen is a loyal wife!” he declared. “I don’t know how you can sleep at night spreading lies like this!”
Derek and Ellen tied the knot in 2021, and in 2024, they welcomed their first daughter, Liana.
Derek also has a son with his ex-wife, Mary Christine Jolly, while Ellen has a son with actor John Lloyd Cruz.
Despite the rumors, Derek’s message remains clear: his marriage with Ellen is strong, and their family is off-limits to baseless gossip.
