VISTA Land & Lifescapes Inc. (Vista Land) — one of the country’s biggest integrated real estate developers that curate master-planned communities, horizontal and vertical projects, and prime commercial spaces — will be accorded a trophy during the first run of The Manila Times Sustainability Champions Awards, happening at Conrad Manila, Pasay from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2025.
During the first run of the awards ceremony, themed “Envisioning our green future,” Vista Land will be commended for supporting the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
SDG 7 involves Affordable and Clean Energy; SDG 9, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure; SDG 11, Sustainable Cities and Communities; SDG 13, Climate Action; and SDG 15, Life on Land.
Vista Land’s dedication to minimizing its environmental footprint and willingness to sample renewable energy sources contribute toward achieving SDG 7.
The corporation’s efficiency in managing resources and its environmentally friendly construction practices lead to attaining SDG 9.
