Tito Sotto, Win Gatchalian to push for zero unprogrammed funds in 2026 budget

Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III on Monday said he and Senator Sherwin Gatchalian would push for the scrapping of all unprogrammed funds in the future budget deliberations.
