The local government of Taguig City launched its vaccination process for the rest of the pediatric population on Tuesday.
According to the city government, the mega vaccination hubs in Lakeshore and in Bonifacio High Street will accommodate the rest of the pediatric population or those aged 12 to 17-years-old without comorbidities.
The vaccination of those minors with underlying medical conditions, which started last October 26, will still continue. The city government said they would be inoculated at Medical Center Taguig with Pfizer of Moderna vaccines.
The Taguig City government said the minors with comorbidities and the rest of the pediatric population could schedule their vaccination via trace.taguig.gov.ph or Taguig TRACE kiosks in barangay halls or barangay health centers.
The city’s TRACE website has been improved by making vaccination and testing accessible through this tracing tool.
As of October 30, a total of 221,347 RT-PCR tests were conducted, which represents 22.42% of the city’s population. — Anna Felicia Bajo/RSJ, GMA News
