Robin Padilla sells vehicles to raise money for Marawi

Always the charitable person, actor Robin Padilla has decided to sell his vehicles to make more money for the sake of the victims of the Marawi siege.

As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actor recently posted photos of his Humvee and RV, saying that he is selling it for charity, adding that proceeds from the sale will be donated to the construction of a deep well.

The said well will enable the victims of the Marawi siege, who is currently relocated to the evacuation centre, to get easier access to water.

The RV, which features the poster image of Padilla’s 2014 movie, “Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo”, is equipped with a living space, kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, and a mini closet.

This isn’t the first charitable act Padilla did for Marawi City. Last month, the actor donated P5 million to fund a psycho-social intervention programme for children affected by the war.
