Despite government quarantine measures making gatherings illegal to curb the coronavirus outbreak, some Filipino Catholics take part in religious rites this Holy Week, defying orders to stay at home. Most religious celebrations have been cancelled in the Philippines after the government ordered a lock of Luzon to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
