Philippines acknowledges vax certificate from 4 more countries

Acting presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles on Thursday said the Philippines will now recognize the COVID-19 vaccination certificates from four more countries.

At the Laging Handa public briefing, Nograles said the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) approved this recommendation of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

“Inaprubahan ng IATF ang recommendation ng DFA na kilalanin ang mga national COVID-19 vaccination certificate ng Brazil, Israel, South Korea, at Timor Leste,” he said.

Vaccination certificates from these countries can be used as proof in the Philippines for the purposes of arrival and quarantine protocols as well as for interzonal and intrazonal movement. –LBG, GMA News
