Philippine Peso Exchange Rates : JULY 7, 2025

July 7, 2025 – Manila, Philippines
Have you ever wondered if the Philippine Peso is doing well or not when it comes to other money from around the world? The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) just released its daily currency report — and it tells us how much foreign money is worth compared to our Peso.

Let’s break it down and explain what’s going on with the top 15 currencies as of today, July 7, 2025. This info is useful for people who send money abroad, travel, or buy things from other countries.

🇺🇸 1. US Dollar (USD)

  • 1 USD = ₱56.48
This means every US dollar is worth almost 57 pesos. The Peso is a little weaker today compared to previous months. This affects OFWs and online shoppers the most.

🇯🇵 2. Japanese Yen (JPY)

  • 1 JPY = ₱0.39
You need about 2.5 yen to equal ₱1. The yen is still one of the cheapest currencies but important for people importing cars and tech from Japan.

🇬🇧 3. British Pound (GBP)

  • 1 GBP = ₱77.18
That’s one of the most expensive currencies today! The UK pound is strong, and the peso has to work harder to match it.

🇭🇰 4. Hong Kong Dollar (HKD)

  • 1 HKD = ₱7.19
The Hong Kong dollar stayed stable, but it still means OFWs there need to earn more to send back bigger amounts in pesos.

🇨🇭 5. Swiss Franc (CHF)

  • 1 CHF = ₱71.13
Switzerland’s money is very strong again today. It’s used in luxury trade, watches, and chocolates – and it holds value well.

🇨🇦 6. Canadian Dollar (CAD)

  • 1 CAD = ₱41.54
The Canadian dollar is slightly stronger today. This matters to many Filipinos in Canada who regularly send money back home.

🇸🇬 7. Singapore Dollar (SGD)

  • 1 SGD = ₱44.32
Singapore’s dollar continues to rise. A strong currency means OFWs there have more buying power when sending pesos back.

🇦🇺 8. Australian Dollar (AUD)

  • 1 AUD = ₱37.03
Still stable. Filipinos working in Australia can enjoy steady remittances at this exchange level.

🇧🇭 9. Bahraini Dinar (BHD)

  • 1 BHD = ₱149.84
Wow! This is one of the highest exchange rates on the list. Just one Bahraini Dinar is almost ₱150! That’s good news for OFWs in the Middle East.

🇰🇼 10. Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD)

  • Data not available today
There’s no exchange rate posted. Usually, this is also a strong currency. We may hear an update from BSP tomorrow.

🇸🇦 11. Saudi Riyal (SAR)

  • 1 SAR = ₱15.06
Still holding strong. The Riyal is stable, so OFWs in Saudi Arabia can still send good value to their families.

🇧🇳 12. Brunei Dollar (BND)

  • 1 BND = ₱44.15
The Brunei Dollar is just as strong as Singapore’s. That’s no surprise since both countries use similar currency systems.

🇮🇩 13. Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

  • 1 IDR = ₱0.0035
This currency is tiny compared to the Peso. You need over 285 Rupiah just to equal one peso.

🇹🇭 14. Thai Baht (THB)

  • 1 THB = ₱1.75
The Baht is a bit stronger today. That’s important for tourism and regional business with Thailand.

🇦🇪 15. UAE Dirham (AED)

  • 1 AED = ₱15.38
Dirhams are strong too. This is very good for our Filipino workers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Summary: Is the Peso Doing Okay?

✔ The US Dollar, Euro, and British Pound are still very strong against the peso.
Middle Eastern currencies like the Dinar, Dirham, and Riyal offer high exchange rates — great for OFWs.
Asian neighbors like Japan and Indonesia still have weaker currencies than the Peso, but the Thai Baht and Singapore Dollar are gaining strength.
