MANILA, Philippines — Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso has ordered the suspension of physical classes in all levels in public and private schools on Monday “to ensure the safety of all students.”
Domagoso also imposed a curfew on minors from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
The mayor instructed all schools in the city to implement an Alternative Delivery Mode of classes.
He issued the order hours after thousands gathered at Rizal Park to condemn corruption in government.
