The tool, powered by the airport’s public Open API, puts crucial information right at every traveler’s fingertips. Passengers can now monitor live congestion levels at check-in counters, security, and immigration, giving them a clearer picture of what to expect before heading to their gate.

“This Incheon Airport Guide feature enhances passenger convenience by bringing tailored airport information directly into our mobile app,” Korean Air said in its announcement.
The airline also promised to keep developing digital solutions aimed at creating smoother, more efficient travel experiences for its passengers.
