The pandemic provided a unique opportunity for Glaiza and her loved ones. With more time on their hands, they found themselves embracing Baler’s slower pace. “I learned to appreciate the surroundings, the community, and the little moments spent with family,” she shared, reflecting on how the world’s stillness allowed for deeper connections.
What started as a holiday retreat gradually transformed into a labor of love—a family project full of creativity and effort. “Little by little, we poured our time, ideas, and love into developing it,” Glaiza explained. Now, she is offering the Baler property for sale, wishing to find someone who will see it as more than just a house. “We have made so many memories here, and now we are ready to pass the keys—and the opportunity to create many more—to someone new,” she said, her voice imbued with nostalgia and hope. “Maybe the next chapter of this home is meant to be yours.”
