Two new faces are stepping into the most-watched house in the country!
Heath Jornales and Krystal Mejes are officially joining Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 — and both are ready to show who they truly are.
According to Nelson Canlas’ report on 24 Oras Thursday night, Heath, a Sparkle star, and Krystal, a rising Star Magic actress, are the newest housemates to enter Bahay ni Kuya.
They’ll be known by their fitting titles: “Ang Fighting Prince ng Taguig” and “Ang Wishful Waray ng Samar.”
🌟 From TV Sets to Kuya’s House
Heath, who began his acting career in 2020 under GMA Network, has already made his mark with roles in Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre, Mga Batang Riles, and Lolong: Pangil ng Maynila.
But for him, PBB is something deeper than another TV role — it’s a chance to reveal his real self.
“Ito na po ‘yung chance para makilala ako,” Heath shared. “Gusto ko pong ipakita sa tao ‘yung Heath na helpful, athletic, kind, and caring na action star.”
The young actor also shared that he’s been preparing for life inside Bahay ni Kuya — even at home!
“My mom’s been teaching me how to cook adobo and clean properly. She said my sweeping form wasn’t good, so I had to practice!” he said with a laugh.
While he’s ready for challenges, Heath insists he’s not one to start drama.
“I’m ready for it, but I’d rather be a peacemaker inside,” he said.
💖 Krystal Mejes: From Privacy to Purpose
Meanwhile, Krystal Mejes, known for her role in Doble Kara and Tropang G.O.A.T., admitted that joining PBB wasn’t an easy decision.
“I’m a very private person,” Krystal confessed. “But maybe this is God’s way of nudging me to tell my story — to inspire others.”
She recalled how peaceful she felt before her audition, knowing in her heart that this was meant for her.
“I didn’t feel nervous. I felt peace and excitement. I just knew this was for me.”
Proud of her Waray roots, Krystal said it gives her an inner strength she plans to bring inside the house.
“Ang mga Waray, matatapang. Hindi madaling matinag,” she said confidently.
As for the drama inside Bahay ni Kuya? Krystal is ready — but she’s not looking for trouble.
“I’m definitely ready, but I won’t start it. I’ll just do my best and show up with grace.”
