Enhypen Gives ₱4M Aid to Support PH Flood Victims

K-pop sensation Enhypen has stepped forward with a heartfelt act of generosity—donating KR₩100 million, or about ₱4 million, to help Filipinos recovering from back-to-back typhoons.

According to the Korea Times, the group chose to direct most of their support to Bulacan—a place they said holds a “special place” in their story. It was here where they performed their Walk the Line tour, creating memories they’ve carried with them ever since.

In a sincere and emotional statement, Enhypen shared their reason for helping:

“We became aware of the severe flooding affecting many communities across the Philippines, a country that has long been close to our hearts… We wanted to offer our support, even in a small way. We hope the contributions will reach those who need it most. Our hearts are with the local community and our fans during this difficult time.”

Their donation will be coursed through the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association, working alongside the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation to bring aid to the areas most impacted.

A Country Hit Hard

The Philippines has been reeling from two powerful storms—Typhoon Tino and Super Typhoon Uwan.

Typhoon Tino brought widespread devastation, affecting nearly 2 million people across Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, and Caraga.
The typhoon left 114 dead and 127 missing, leading to the declaration of a national state of calamity.

Before the country could recover, Super Typhoon Uwan struck, causing even greater damage.
Latest reports show at least 27 dead, 2 missing, and more than 3.5 million people affected across almost every region.

In the middle of this heartbreak, Enhypen’s gesture has brought comfort, hope, and a reminder that the Philippines is not alone.
For many fans, it became more than a donation—it became a message of love.
