Charlie Fleming, a young Filipino actor, shared how much more thankful he is for all the projects he’s getting now — especially after joining the reality show “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.”
In an interview on 24 Oras Weekend, Charlie said:
“What I discovered about myself is that I became more grateful for the work I do. I became more thankful that I’m an actor. It’s really something I love.”
First Thing He Did After PBB? Eat Fried Chicken!
After Charlie and his friend Kira Balinger (they were called “ChaKira”) left the famous PBB house last April, Charlie said the first thing he did was eat his favorite food — fried chicken with sauce!
He joked:
“I found out I had a chicken issue! I really missed fried chicken with sauce. Oh my God, I love it!”
Charlie shared that inside the PBB house, the food became kind of boring because it was always the same. So when he got out, he treated himself right away with something delicious.
Charlie Fell More in Love With Acting
Charlie said being part of PBB made him love his job as an actor even more. He said his first project after leaving the house was very special — and it made him realize how much he enjoys acting.
He will star in an upcoming episode of “Regal Studio Presents: Stage Mom” with veteran actress Tina Paner.
Comedy is His Destiny
Charlie also shared that he’s been waiting for a funny or comedy role for a long time. He said that during auditions, he often makes jokes or playful comments — even when the director is serious — and people always tell him he should try comedy.
“I was really happy that I finally got the chance to do comedy with Regal. It feels like it was meant to be,” Charlie said.
Now, Charlie is excited to continue his journey in showbiz — and he’s more thankful, funnier, and happier than ever!
