BIR extends deadline for tax payment after magnitude 6.9 earthquake in Cebu

The deadline for the filing, payment of taxes, as well as submission of documents due early October has been extended until October 31 for taxpayers affected by the strong earthquake that struck Cebu, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) said.
