MANILA, Philippines — Groups have started to converge at the Rizal Park for the “Baha sa Luneta” rally against corruption on Sunday.
Liza Maza of the Makabayan Coalition told The Manila Times that organizing the “Baha sa Luneta” protest was a long time coming.
Maza said that it is high time that corrupt politicians be held accountable for their actions.
A series of protest rallies are scheduled today in several areas to show condemnation to the massive corruption involving flood control projects exposed recently.
